My name is Phil Rashkin, and I’m a musician, performer, educator, and mentor for many of the country’s most talented high school musicians.

I’ve been on the faculty of arts high schools, pre-college music programs, and nationally ranked public and private schools. I offer coaching to students who want to take their musicianship to the highest level.
